The SCANPAN Impact range features a heavy bonded base with a disk of aluminium
enveloped between two layers of high quality stainless steel to provide optimal
heat transfer and retention. For maximum durability, the walls of SCANPAN Impact
are made from 18/10 stainless steel, while the base has an 18/0 stainless steel
protector, ensuring that the cookware is suitable for all stovetops, including
induction. The overall design of SCANPAN Impact ensures fuss-free cooking.

The base and sides of this Impact Wok are made from a three-layer construction
of stainless steel with a core of aluminium, as with all pieces in the Impact
series. The wok comes with a lid, expanding its range of uses.
