This machine emphasizes the term ‘functional’, as it is a Functional Trainer, Smith Machine and Squat Rack all in one compact unit providing over 70 different exercise options covering chest, arms, shoulders, abs, back, glutes and legs. It’s also fitted with a Multi Grip Chin up Bar and Seated Row Foot Plate.
