- 1) All poles that have bridges on, are to be connected to
your Load (appliances). (On a four pole switch, the pole
closest to the handle, is the Neutral) - 2) When the switch is in OFF position (centre), all
contacts are open. - 3) When turned anti-clockwise, the Mains contacts will
then engage, which can be clearly seen from the side of
the switch. (These contacts are to be connected to
your Mains(Eskom). - 4) The remaining available contacts, are
for Generator connections.
